Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:
- Retired Central or State Government employee from Pay Matrix Level-14 or above (7th CPC), or
- Retired CPSE employee from E-6 level or above (3rd PRC).
- Experience in procurement, tendering, and contract management of Airport Systems equipment such as:
- X-BIS Machines
- CCTV Systems
- Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD)
- Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS)
- Other Airport Systems
- Must have a clean Vigilance, Disciplinary, and Criminal record at the time of retirement.
Age Limit
The maximum age of the applicant should not exceed 65 years as on 12 August 2026.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive:
- Monthly remuneration equal to 50% of the last Basic Pay drawn plus Dearness Allowance (DA).
- Transportation reimbursement:
- Up to ₹40,000 per month for retired Level-14/E-8 and above officers.
- Up to ₹30,000 per month for retired E-6 and E-7 officers.
- Broadband and Mobile reimbursement between ₹1,000 and ₹1,500 per month depending on the retirement level.
- 1.5 days of leave per month.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
