3.1 Supervisor-S&T (2 posts, Mumbai)
| Essential Qualification | Three years regular Engineering Diploma, OR four-year regular course in B.E./B.Tech., in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology, from a University/Institution recognised by UGC, AICTE or any other Government-recognised accrediting body |
| Essential Experience | Minimum 1 year of professional experience in telecom systems in Metro/Railways/Airport/smart cities/public or private telecom networks, of a supervisory nature, conversant with a computerised environment. Candidates working in Mumbai/Maharashtra region would be preferred. |

3.2 Supervisor-Safety (2 posts, Mumbai)

4. Selection Process
- Applications shall be invited from eligible candidates through the advertisement published by BECIL.
- Applications received shall be scrutinised and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective post.
- Mere possession of the prescribed educational qualifications, experience and other eligibility requirements shall not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection process.
- Preference may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience, or any other desirable criteria, as determined by the Client/Principal Employer.
- The list of shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for further selection process, including interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation method as decided by the Client.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be informed of the date, time and venue/mode of interview, assessment or skill test through registered email and/or telephone.
- BECIL shall not be under any obligation to publish interim results, stage-wise shortlists or marks; only the final list of selected candidates shall be published on the official BECIL website.
- The decision of the Client/Principal Employer and BECIL in all matters relating to eligibility, shortlisting, selection and engagement shall be final and binding.
