4. Eligibility
Qualifications, pay scales and other conditions are as per UGC Regulations 2018 / AICTE 2019 and U.P. Government rules. Experience and qualifications are reckoned as on the last date of online application. Candidates with a foreign Ph.D. must attach an AIU Equivalence Certificate (except those under MHRD’s Foreign Scholarship Programme).

- Assistant Professor: written objective test of 40 marks (NET syllabus for sciences/humanities/social sciences, GATE for engineering, GPAT for pharmacy). Final selection on teaching skill + interview, with at least 50% (15 marks).
- Associate Professor & Professor: shortlisting on Academic/API score (cut-off not less than 50%), followed by interview.
- Music candidates must clear a music skill test before the interview stage.
- A waiting list of up to two candidates will be valid for one year.
