Selection is made on the basis of an interview conducted at AIIMS Nagpur. - The post of Senior Resident is a tenure post for a maximum duration of 3 years; initial appointment is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
- If a candidate has already served as Senior Resident in any government medical institution, that duration will be reduced from the 3-year tenure offered.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post.
- Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
- If an appointee resigns or leaves within the first 3 months of joining, no NOC, Relieving Letter or Experience Certificate will be issued.
- The appointee is not entitled to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion or other benefits available to regularly appointed Government servants.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Law at Nagpur.
