Contract period is 5 years, renewable by another 4 years at the Bank’s discretion, subject to conditions.   1. Shortlisting based on parameters decided by the Bank’s shortlisting committee.
  2. Interview (personal/telephonic/video), carrying 100 marks; qualifying marks decided by the Bank.
  3. CTC Negotiation, conducted individually at the time of or after the interview.
  4. Merit list prepared in descending order of interview marks; ties broken by higher age.
